Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, you will be subject to your stylist’s cancellation fee. It is imperative that you review your stylist’s cancellation policy before booking.

No-shows

If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to your stylist’s no-show fee. It is imperative that you review your stylist’s no-show policy before booking.

Children/extra guests

In order for us to maintain a relaxing and safe environment, we ask that you do not bring your children or extra guests along for your appointment unless they have an appointment themselves.

Tardiness

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Arrival

Upon arrival to your appointment, please have a seat in our waiting area and your stylist will be with you when they are ready.

Covid-19

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, please cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible.

  • Masks are optional for all guests and stylists

  • There will be zero tolerance for personal questions or discussions involving vaccination status for all guests and stylists.

it is our priority to give thorough consultations for all services provided through our salon, however it is each client’s personal responsibility to be transparent and honest about their hair history.

we will not be responsible for any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information during a consultation.

in our salon we wish to provide a stress and debate-free environment. we do not allow discussions involving politics, religion, or personal health choices inside our doors.
